Home Learning
Our school believes that it is important to have a strong parent partnership and one of the ways we can foster this is through home learning. Our approach to homework is to make it as accessible for all children and something that families can do together if they choose.
We expect children to read everyday and ask for three entries in the children’s logs to be signed by an adult each week.
Each term we produce a list of suggested activities that the children can do no matter their age, the activities can also be done together as a family. We also make sure that our homework activities do not involve technology but encourage other skills, such as motor-skills, creativity and independence.
