Our careers education begins as soon as children join us in Reception. We introduce them to the world of work by exploring the roles of people who help us and learning about the wide variety of jobs within our community.
As children progress through the school, our broad and balanced curriculum—enhanced by an extensive enrichment programme—continues to widen their understanding of the many occupations and opportunities available to them. Through purposeful learning experiences and exposure to diverse roles, pupils discover careers they may not have encountered before.
We set high expectations for every child, ensuring they not only strive to be the best they can be, but also develop the confidence to believe that no career is beyond their reach.
